2. Technical requirements
(1) Chemical composition of titanium and titanium alloy bars shall be in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 3620.1. When the buyer reinspects, the allowable deviation of chemical composition should meet the requirements of the GB/T 3620.2.
(2)The roundness of grinding bar material after thermal processing should be less than half of the size tolerance.
(3) Indefinite length of bar material with processing state is 300-6000mm, the indefinite length of bar material with annealed state is 300-2000mm, length or double length should be within range of indefinite length. The allowable deviation of definite length is +20mm; and the double length should also be calculated in the incision quantity of bar material, each incision quantity is 5mm. What’s more, the length or double length should be indicated in the contract.
