3.The matters needing attention
The chemical composition of the product conforms to the provisions of the corresponding brand in the GB/T3620.1, the content of H in pure titanium, TC4 and TC4ELI should not be more than 0.010%. The chemical composition deviation should be allowed to meet the provisions in GB/T3620.2.

The appearance and dimensions are allowed to have deviation. The size of the product shall be measured with the corresponding precision measuring tool, the plus-minus tolerance should be guaranteed by the customer's requirement.

High and low tissue test should refer to the the provisions of GB/T5168. Medical titanium bars and medical titanium alloy bars are not allowed to have cracks, porosity, metal or non-metallic impurity etc.. The annealing condition of the pure titanium rod should be uniform, and the grain size should not be thicker than grade 5. The microstructure of annealing of medical titanium alloy rod should be in accordance with A1~A9.
